How to request a refund

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refunds.
• Use the link in your purchase receipt e-mail from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or write to us at [email protected] and we will arrange it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your account returns to read-only mode: you keep access to view and export all your data. Nothing is deleted unless you delete your account.
